This is a pretty nice historical read of a book. It contains different information and stories about president Lincoln. Every time you think of president Lincoln it is either about freeing the slaves or his assignation or the Gettysburg address. This book contains more of who he was what challenges he went through weather it was with his wife and her family to his foreign affairs. This is a book of many different references piecing together his life from his time as a lawyer the struggles he went through with his wife and everything in between. At times it was a bit difficult to get through but it has a lot of good facts in it. I also noticed some dates may be wrong or I have seen the dates differently but it could just be some small disagreements in dates and times. I received this as a gift to share my opinion on this book.
