Blog Me Skinny
My weight has been something I have struggled with for years of my life especially after my car accident and being constantly pumped full of steroids. Over the years I had gained a lot of weight and became un happy with myself. With one great friend of mine who made the life changes in his life and lost 70 pounds in 8 months with this life style change. This isn't a diet like most people say I am dieting I need to go on a diet. This is a life style change and I have made my change to become a better healthier me.
To start I am going to show you some pictures thought out the last 5 years to show different points in my life and sizes.
This was me about 4 months after my car accident before I started packing on the pounds and gaining all the weight. I was in decent shape not the fittest but still no where near the size I was or am now.
This is the picture that really hit me and made me open my eyes to how big I truly was and had gotten. This was taken August of 2014 at this point I was close to being 300 pounds. I had been in too much pain to workout. I knew this wasn't me this wasn't who I was or wanted to look like. I needed to make a change. I am still in too much pain but I needed to find a way to loose the weight. at this point I had already tried every diet pill and gimmick you could find to loose it and nothing had worked until my best friend gave me the secrets he had used to loose the weight.
Here I am March 2015 I am officially 50 pounds lighter. I feel better more energy able to move around a bit more even with the horrible arthritis and other injuries that are still causing many issues in my life.
The real question everyone asks me is HOW?
and to leave everyone at suspense since it is now 2am I will have to continue this later and the rest of my lifestyle changes and what I have done will be added later. Please check back soon as this page is under construction. I want to make my plans perfect to share and help others with my changes and to inspire everyone else. I will update this soon and will start to do a weekly Wednesday weigh in to help show my progress as well as to share what I might have failed at for the week what I can make better and more info.
