Apply a white base coat to your nails it really helps and is something that works great with all nail designs is a nice white bottom layer.

 

Add your neon colors in any pattern you want I used a simple 3 color triangle design.

 

Apply your top layer of the black crackle polish it will look a little rough at first but seal it with a clear top layer and it pulls it all together and gives it the great neon glow to it.

This is a great glass wine decanter. It is well made and strong thick and durable which is great. The decanter comes well packed in a Styrofoam box that is cut out specifically for the decanter. It is a nice piece the only down side is washing the Styrofoam crumbs off of it each time which isn't a big deal. The decanter is nice and a great piece to have and not only that but helps let the wine air out nicely as well. It has a nice shape to it and is easy to hold onto while pouring and is tilted on one side to be able to pour easily as well. Awesome small Bluetooth speaker that is great to have for many occasions and uses. I like how small the speaker is it can easily fit in your pocket on the go. The speaker has a great sound to it and can get quiet loud as well. It is easy to sync and hookup to your phone which is great. I like that the it has the function buttons to change the volume and tracks from the speaker as well. 3 Ingredient Hassel Back Chicken

3 Ingredient Hassel Back Chicken

 

This is a great quick and easy dinner that is pretty quick and easy to toss in the oven. It is also low in carb as well.

 

 

Ingredients

4 - 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cube of chunk cheese ( I used Colby Jack)

1/2 package of Smoked Ham Lunch Meat

Bake at 350 Degrees

20-25 minutes

 

 

Take your chicken breasts and slice 4 cuts in the top of it but don't go through the entire bottom.

Slice up your chunk cheese enough pieces for all the slots.

I kept the ham in a few piece rolls than sliced them into smaller pieces as well.

 

 Place one slice of cheese and one piece of ham in each of the slits pushing them as far in as you can.

Once all of them are filled place in the over for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is done  (160 Degrees).

 

 

Let cool and enjoy!

Our man in Charleston

  I am big into history and I love learning about all the different wars and this was a good read. I really liked this side of the civil war and also being a great story that I wasn't familiar with to light and I really like it. This book is great and a nice spy book that really sheds some light on more things in the civil war that I wasn't aware of nor knew about. This is a great history book that shows about slavery in a southern city from another point of view. I received this book to share my honest thoughts and opinion about it.

Pepperoni Chips

One of the biggest things about giving up carbs is giving up potato chips. They are something that is easy to take on the go and have the great crunch to it. This is great because this is easy to make takes about 15 minutes total and a low carb replacement for chips.

 

 

Ingredients

1. Pepperonis

 

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

 

You can use either peperoni chips or regular pepperonis the regular makes a better crunch and ends up tasting like little rounds of bacon chips.

 

Spread them out on a cooling rack set on top of a cookie sheet. Doing this prevents them from sitting in the grease that bakes out of the pepperonis.

Bake for 8 minutes on the first side. After this you will pull them out and pat them down with paper towels to get the rest of the grease off of them. Flip them over and put back in for 4 minutes.

 

After they are pulled out the second time re pat them down with the paper towel and let them cool. Once they are cool they will harden fully and be little chips. They are great taste awesome and perfect for giving up bad habits for a low carb life style.
