Rash guard shirts are great and they are handy for so many uses. Not only do they look good they are functional as well. I have quiet a few compression shirts and they are amazing. I use them for the tightness of the shirt to help with back pain. The compression of the shirt is perfect for my bad back and strained muscles. Not only does the shirt help with that it is great for outdoor activities. It keeps you cool yet stays tight and close to your skin so you don't have to worry about any loose clothing getting in your way. I really like to wear this shirt when going to the gun range. It is skin tight and not have to worry about clothing getting in the way and easy to hold the butt of the gun on your shoulder without it feeling like slipping and it fits well against your shoulder.
