Boardwalk Food Company Beer Bread Mix

 

This is an awesome beer bread mix. It is super delicious and extremely easy to make! The beer bread mix comes in a few different flavors from Original, Lemon Poppy Seed, Rosemary Sea Salt and Cornbread. The beer bread itself is amazing. I choose the original mix to check it out at first and it was to die for and extremely delicious. All you need to do is add the mix to a bowl and pour in 12ozs of beer. The best part about it is you can pick any type of beer you want. I choose a Redds apple ale beer so it had a nice apple flavor. The one thing I really like about this beer bread as well is how moist and flavorful it is. It isn't dried out like a lot of other beer breads I have had in the past.

The other best thing about it is how simple it is to make. Just take the mix add your beer than put it on your loaf pan.

Bake it for about 55minutes to an hour and take it out of the loaf pan to cool. After you take it out of the loaf pan and before it is fully cooled off you add melted butter to the top of the bread and it is absolutely perfect. It is easy to cut soft moist and all around delicious. I received this product to share my honest thoughts and opinions about it.
