Fish Oil Omega 3
Fish oil is a great daily supplement to help with your brain and heart health. I have been taking omega 3s daily for a few years now and this is a really good brand. These pills are easy to take they don't have a fishy taste or smell to them and the best part about it is they don't have a fish burp afterwards either and that is important in finding a good fish oil supplement. They have a pleasant lemony taste to them which is awesome because I hate the taste of fish and with the added lemon you cant smell or taste any fishiness.
