Low Carb Pizza Bites
Are you a die hard pizza lover? Pizza is one of my favorite foods but finding a low carb option of it is a tricky thing to do. Here is a great low carb pizza bite snack that takes 20 minutes tops to make and is a fan favorite around my place.
You can customize these any way you want depending on the toppings that you like! You just need the main one piece to form the cup which is Canadian Bacon
12 piece of Canadian Bacon
1 Package of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza Sauce
What ever pizza toppings you like!
Prep time 5mins
Bake Time 13-15 mins
Bake at 375 degrees
Step 1. Line your muffin tin with Canadian Bacon
Step 2. Spoon a small portion of pizza sauce in the bottom of each cup.
Step 3 Place a pinch of shredded cheese in each cup
Step 4. Add your toppings and more cheese on top
Step 5. Bake at 375 for 13 -15 minutes
Step 6 Let cool for a few mintues
Pull out of the muffin tin and enjoy!
The easiest way is to make sure that you don't fill the cups past the Canadian bacon and they will come out perfectly every time!
