Neon Nail Design
Easy neon nail art!
Apply a white base coat to your nails it really helps and is something that works great with all nail designs is a nice white bottom layer.
Add your neon colors in any pattern you want I used a simple 3 color triangle design.
Apply your top layer of the black crackle polish it will look a little rough at first but seal it with a clear top layer and it pulls it all together and gives it the great neon glow to it.
