Pepperoni Chips

Pepperoni Chips
 
 
One of the biggest things about giving up carbs is giving up potato chips. They are something that is easy to take on the go and have the great crunch to it. This is great because this is easy to make takes about 15 minutes total and a low carb replacement for chips.
 
 
Ingredients
1. Pepperonis
 
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
 
You can use either peperoni chips or regular pepperonis the regular makes a better crunch and ends up tasting like little rounds of bacon chips.

 
Spread them out on a cooling rack set on top of a cookie sheet. Doing this prevents them from sitting in the grease that bakes out of the pepperonis.

Bake for 8 minutes on the first side. After this you will pull them out and pat them down with paper towels to get the rest of the grease off of them. Flip them over and put back in for 4 minutes.

 
After they are pulled out the second time re pat them down with the paper towel and let them cool. Once they are cool they will harden fully and be little chips. They are great taste awesome and perfect for giving up bad habits for a low carb life style.
