Awesome drink and I really enjoy it since I have started taking it. This is a great drink that is easy to open and pour in a bottle of water. It is easy to mix up and doesn't clump or hard to fully mix. It tastes great and I love the berry flavor to it. After I drink this I have more energy and I am ready for the day. I started on just one bottle a day. I drink one with breakfast and one with lunch and it works great to boost my energy. I don't have the craving for snacks and junk food like I usually do either.
