Arnicare Gel by Boiron
This stuff works wonders! I suffer from a lot of joint and muscle pain from a car accident when I was 16 and this stuff really truly helps. I rub it on my shoulder, neck, back or any other area that I am in pain. it rubs on smoothly doesn't leave a stick residue or an unpleasant smell. What I like most about this is it isn't another pain pill I have to take and it is something I can use to help with some relief when I am unable to take pain pills because I need a clear head.
