These are awesome! I have stomach issues which is aggravated more from medications I have to take. Taking these they seem to really help. They help me by keeping the good bacteria that I need in my stomach and GI track there. This helps boost your immune system which is an amazing thing for me because I have a very weak immune system. Since taking this I haven't been sick nor had any issues with becoming sick. This boosts my mood and gives me more energy which is great. They also help with the start of my weight loss journey which is awesome. When you get these they come in 4 boxes with 2 blister packs in each box.
