Syono Gel Insoles
These are awesome gel insoles! I have multiple herniated discs in my back and it makes it to where I can't stand or walk very far without being in server pain. This has helped tremendously. I usually could only stand about a half hour before I would be in excruciating pain and would have to sit down from my back not being able to handle it. With these it has helped me be able to stand about 2 hours. It may not seem much to most people but for me it is a huge deal for me. I really like how these have easy to follow curves to cut them to my shoe size. Once they are cut they fit perfectly into my shoe and they feel great. They don't add a ton of extra weight in my shoes which is nice. They have helped with my back pain knee pain and hip pain that I suffer from with the alignments.
