Peppermint Oil

Peppermint oil has so many uses and is a great item to have. Firstly essential oils don't mean they are just good for a diffuser they have so many uses. I really love that this is a LARGE 4oz bottle. Also as a warning this IS NOT diluted and very strong oil. I used this at Christmas time and put a few drops into my diffuser and it gave a great pepperminty holiday smell this year added a great scent to the festivities.

I have used this for a few different things and this has so many uses! My favorite use is it helps keep rodents and insects away especially spiders! I hate spiders and am afraid of spiders I added a few drops into a spray bottle with some water and sprayed around the areas that spiders normally appear. I haven't had any spiders that I have seen since I have done this and this is a win for any lady afraid of spiders!

My next favorite item I have used to help relieve pressure headaches and migraines. Now I was a little skeptical but it really does work. I take a drop put it on my finger and rub it across my forehead. Within a few minutes my headache started to relieve itself and it was great!
