I am constantly stressed out and that is extremely hard on your immune system. I cant afford to get sick so I need to keep my immune system built up the best I can. This is great for that. I just got off a round of antibiotics and had a really bad stomach virus and flu. This has helped tremendously. They are easy to swallow pills that don't leave a nasty after taste. They helped me feel better after being sick and don't make me feel bloated anymore. It makes me feel all around better, less bloating and like I have more energy.
