Fish oils are such an important part of your diet and a great supplement to be taking daily. It helps boost your brain function and is good for your all around health. I have been taking fish oil pills daily for over a year now and this is a great brand that far surpassed my hopes and expectations. They are smaller pills than most and easy to take. They don't leave any fishy after taste or fish burps like most fish oil pills do. They are easy to swallow and I really like the smaller shape that they are.
