Syono Orthotic Shoe Inserts
This is a great pair of shoe inserts and they really help relieve some back pain and pressure because it helps align your body quiet well. They are easy to cut down to fit into my shoes which is a great thing because some insoles are hard to cut and shape to fit. They are easy to place in your shoes and don't slide around or are hard to stand on. They help align your hips up which helps take pressure off of my back so that in itself is a good thing.
