This is a great cookbook and my pressure cooker has been a godsend. I absolutely love my pressure cooker because it makes cooking a roast or any big meal a lot faster and it seems to taste so much better than in the oven. This cook book is awesome because it truly opened up my eyes of all the different things you really can make in your pressure cooker. I thought it was mainly for meats and all in one pot type meals but I was severely mistaken. You can do anything in this from rice to breakfast foods to even deserts. It is perfect. I received this book to share my honest thoughts and opinions about it.
